PAYMENT
When placing the order all products and their postage are payed then. In online shop you can pay with Master and Visa cards or with most common Finnish web bank services. The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (Paytrail Oyj, Y-2122839-7).

EXHANGE AND REFUND
You have the right to exhange or refund a product within 14 days of it’s arrival. The product must be in the condition in which it was received by the buyer and include all the parts and packaged in its original packaging or equivalent. Postage costs of the returns will be paid by the buyer . With the return, please attach the following information:
- Reason for the return
- Your Name, Address, Phone number
- Bank account details for the refund
- A copy of the order confirmation

We don’t accept returns after 14 days of their delivery. When the return has been accepted, the payment will be refunded to your account.
PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY
If a product has gone missing, got damaged during delivery or got a wrong product, please inform at once Muija Oy at [email protected] or by mail:

A wrong product or damaged item must be notified within 14 days of its arrival. If a parcel has been damaged during delivery a notice must be made to post office immediately.
